Drop-in class: £5 each

 

The class is a gentle yoga class, ideal for those new to yoga and improvers. It will start with a short breathing exercise and move on to a series of asanas (movements), either on the floor or standing. I am mindful of any injuries or mobility issues people may have. We finish with a short relaxation/visualisation. The class uses movement to gently stretch and relax the body, with a focus on the breath.

Please bring a mat if possible; spares available if required.
