Sarah Dummer-Wade the South West Lottery Funding Officer visited the Village Hall to look at the building work that is nearing completion. Sarah met with Mike Carpenter the Roof Appeal Project Manager and  members of the Village Hall Committee.

She said how important Village Halls are to rural communities and that the Lottery had been impressed with the range of activities available at the Hall and the very clear community support demonstrated in the Lottery Bid
