We need some fabric poppies!

Can you knit, crochet, felt or sew some poppies to sew onto a Community net which hopefully St Andrew's Church will allow to be draped down the wall from the steps in the Square for our Remembrance Celebrations?

You can use any pattern you like or download one below.

There is also a chance of making some Felt poppies at the Felt Workshop on Sunday Oct 4th. See other advert here https://www.sampfordcourtenay-pc.gov.uk/node/963

We will then have a Community Afternoon on Sunday 31st October from 2pm, at HighClere (by kind invitation of Mel & Roger Thompson) to sew all the poppies onto the net.

Thank you.
